It has always been a great help tool for hiring the best fit for an opening and for promoting from within from an informed perspective which assures a higher probability for success.

Did they skip any questions. If you are not familiar with the program, simple edits are difficult, such as changing an email address.

You can not see the questions that contributed to low scores. Ex. did they choose several neutrals.

There are a ton of "stock" questions that are perfectly created to judge a candidates talents and the capability to create our own questions that focus on our unique challenges is a huge bonus.

You get message of an answer is correct but it's wrong because of their test cases. When support was asked, they stated they don't use 'test cases' but their own screens state otherwise.

The coverage of predefined questions is very limited we are a software company and we could not find any question/template for many of the technologies we use.

We have multiple tests based on position and some candidates take 1, 2 or 3 of the tests and we are charged for each test even though there is only one candidate.
