The notifications are annoying as they ping me about everything (no matter what) as long as it is related to Mo. And I always get confused with the "boost" button and I'm not sure if I'm using it correctly and also occasionally the application will crash when I attempt to load a picture into it.

What I liked most about UKG Ready is that it combines multiple HR functions into one centralized system, making daily operations much more efficient.

Overall, my experience with UKG Ready has been positive because it makes scheduling, time management, and communication more convenient and accessible from a mobile device.

It is a powerful system with a lot of functionality, especially for organizations with complex payroll and workforce management needs.

Time card printing beyond a 2-week pay period is nonexistent and presents a challenge for historical reporting.

I have my schedules in and set, employees can request times off and I can approve on the spot and they are directly notified.

For basic workforce tasks  punches, schedules, and weekly hours it worked consistently and didn’t get in the way of my workflow.
