What I liked least about Insightful was that some of its monitoring features can feel overly detailed at times, particularly when employees are not fully informed about how the data is being used. While the information is valuable for productivity analysis and workforce management, there can be a perception of excessive monitoring if the organization does not communicate its objectives clearly.

Lack of reports in excel / csv on monthly basis, some average time of working, comparison between employees.

While Insightful provides valuable data and reporting, some reports can feel overwhelming due to the amount of information available.

There's a bit of a time lag between the tracker and main worksheet, but that may be due to idle time.
