In 2024 I was forced into the upgraded SA5 which is not intuitive, and they have dropped some features which I NEED, the ability to use letterhead in emails and the ability to send an attachment with an emailed letter, both of which are common sense.

CAW Portal - Customers cant login without customer numbers or other issues, you have to send them a link manually for them to get setup. If they want to pay online this is the only option (that doesn't work) and the balance isn't correct, the discounts are not applied correctly, or better yet they have a list of services they are signed up for cant pay for all of them at once only maybe 1 or 2 on the list they could pay.

Consequently, I found myself in a situation where I inadvertently signed an agreement that I did not fully comprehend, resulting in an unforeseen financial commitment of $8,000.

This experience has been quite frustrating, and I strongly advise potential customers to conduct comprehensive due diligence before finalizing any agreements.

Everything, number 1 would be the upsells for AMA and the ease to quote a potential customer right over the phone in less than 2 min. And with it being cloud based, can work from anywhere!

That it has a very bad load up when working in the field here in Denver, the site always crashes, maybe the site or bandwidth is not that good when out in the field on realgreen moble live, but it never works here in the Denver area at all

Routing and tracking of applications is pretty wicked and seems simple, being able to select jobs and get quick pricing is kinda cool too.

Reporting does not make sense to me at all - cumbersome to access information, making it difficult for a business owner to make data driven decisions.

Also there is not a stream lined way to print the backs of invoices without a mobile printer.

The after hours staff seem to always be rude/not interested in helping, and I stopped calling after hours because my tickets were either not being addressed or they were being addressed much later than if I just called again during normal business hours.

That support ends on products that you are moving away from, while most users are still using that, and while the “new” product is not fully functioning.

I like the most about the RealGreen is we can easily manage all the customer data and user profiles.

Our company could utilize Real Green so much more if they had good customer support.   When you call tech support most on the techs have no idea how to solve your issue.   

Also, this last year there have been several issues with the online payment option - in-house or customer portal.   And it takes a while to get them resolved.

Realgreen mobile does not provide everything I need to manage customers while in the field.

The software seems overly robust for what we use it for, were just part of a franchise and cant shop for competitive products unfortunately.

It’s a little bit of a learning curve with all of its featuresa and all the technical glitches.

I work late hours most days and the offices for Real Green close too early for my liking.

I can close a customer in sales in less than 10 mins.

This makes scheduling hundreds of stops per day much more efficient.

Dislike the lack of certain filters when creating reports.

The transfer to SA5 has not been good and we are limited to what we can do in SA5.

Implementation is a weak point in my opinion, I would like systems to be a little more robust upon release.

One thing they said they are having problems emailing from the software to the customers . When I see y’all in February I can tell you more if they can think of some things .  

Real green is easy to navigate and i like the features of having all the reports to check on the status of our company.

Once set up, it helps you stay on track of your fertilizer rounds and enables you to grow rapidly if you choose to.

There are still so many features that I do not utilize in my role, but I enjoy learning new things within the system.

Now every time you want to look up a customer it takes 30 seconds to a minute.

You can't open multiple windows the same way as 4.
