There customer service is just as amazing. Over all great software to run a big or small lawn and landscaping company.

But once I have learned how to do something, then I really like what it does. It is a good program for the money.

The problem was the bugs were still being worked out with each different feature. One of the most difficult "bugs" we encountered was with the invoicing.

Been using Clip for almost 20 years. It was great and a time saver when it was just a desktop version,  but now with it being mobile,  it's even better.

The best part of this software was the specific design for the lawn care industry. It was usable and functional for routing and scheduling jobs.

I like being able to see where all the crews are, what jobs are in progress and what has been completed for the day. There *ARE* several quirks you have to learn work arounds for.

The ease of use, for the basic functions is great. I can set up my tablets and send them out in the field with less than 3 minutes training for a new user.

Clip gets worse and more expensive the longer you have it.

Customer support answers quickly and simply to help solve problems. We are able to record our job progress and scheduling to be able to look back for ease of billing and future forecasting.

It is a real pain  to bill in the office  three screens if you need to change description you cant do it until the generate screen. Also no real option to record with out times and employees.

What makes it worse is sometimes it affects the way it exports to quick books.

The integration with cardpointe/bluepay has been great. Not having to pull bills, run cards manually and then enter payments in has been a time saver.

I get  calls from customers all the time that are confused with their customer portal and many have given up and wont use it anymore.

Tech support it guys were rude disrespectful short with us took forever to get a call back.

Estimating is complicated. No way to record all the plants without showing the cost.

Overall I'd highly recommend Real Green. I've used it for 20 years and it has helped me create a successful business.

It is unacceptable to have a system go down for all the online users.

Customer support group is excellent. Why the development group can not, or have chosen not to correct the 2 issues that I just addressed, is beyond me.

We've  heard from more than 10 different online users in our group that there was limited and NO access to the software today.

Response to tech support requests takes days. We had SA5 a few years ago, then went back to SA4, then came back to SA5 thinking they had the bugs worked out, but sadly, not so.

Don't give real green a look you will be disappointed and spend a lot of money.

Service was great, the product was good, The representatives were knowledgeable, I was very happy with it, but the system was a little pricey.

Once set up, it helps you stay on track of your fertilizer rounds and enables you to grow rapidly if you choose to.

It was difficult at first to understand how the software works.

This system will crush your business and take a lot of profit with out right lies and shear incompetence.

Learning curve is steep and would require some time to learn for new users. There are some sync issues occasionally and customization options are also limited as compared to others.

Almost everyone in our industry uses QuickBooks - and it is the biggest pain in the butt - and I mean HUGE that SA doesn't integrate with QuickBooks.

Overall I'm content with RG but I wish the UI were better and more user friendly.

I do not have anything to compare it to, so I guess maybe I am bias.
