It's payroll system is excellent for entering time as well as the reporting tools exceeded expectation to find information you are looking for.

Jonas Construction Software was very user friendly and simple to use.  

Purchasing clerk 

Overall good software for daily use of construction project management.

However, it has huge scope for improvement to stay ahead of the competition.

Billing Manager

Payroll, billing, AR/AP, job costing, service dispatch - it's all-in-one.

Even contacting our account manager has had no result and now I am browsing the "Meet the team" webpage to try to irritate someone "important" at Jonas to try to get some help.

It is the single least popular software in our organisation.

Windows based origins made it difficult for some of our workstations

We have a lot of custom home projects with heavy client involvement.

What I liked most is that it is easy to use and unique

The interface on the client side is not as great.

Purchasing Manager 

We can track where each employee has been and complete future scheduling accordingly.

Then comes the issue of time.   When "business goes on" and you don't have time to fully devote on a project, it gets stopped and started way too often.  

We are now able to manage and see all purchases made on a daily basis.

I have 2 monitors, when I open a new window, it ways opens twice...

Jonas software does a great job of integrating all aspects of our business into one software platform.

Glitches would happen often. When there was a change in the system there should be a tutorial for staff.

They stay on top of updating the software to keep it on trend with what we need.

We were using multiple programs that Jonas would be replacing which was a part of our grief.  

This software was purchased many years before we fully deployed.  

Changing buttons and prices are easy to do.

Training others to use the system was easy.

The customer service and support has been anything but stellar.   If we could go back we would do a better comparison of products.

The ability to not be able to comment on a service job in the app unless you are the lead tech is troubling.
