Museum Space is a cloud-based, end-to-end museum management software designed to help libraries, galleries, archives and museums make the world’s cultural treasures accessible. The modular system allows users to manage collections, exhibitions, conservation, acquisitions, loans, and more.

Museum Space’s Conservation Space module aims to meet the needs of museum and gallery conservation departments and experts, with the ability to collaborate on projects, store information, annotate images, and generate reports in a single place. Libraries of cultural objects allow users to filter, search, and assemble records, and dashboards provide personalized access to required data and activities. Images can be edited with tools for adjusting brightness, contrast, color, saturation, and adding notes or comments directly on to images.

The Exhibition Space module allows users to manage all of their museum’s exhibitions and events, with tools for task management, workflow tracking, collections management, locations and movement monitoring, and more. Incoming and outgoing loans can be created and managed, and users can access contact registers details all information about partner organizations. MuseumSpace can generate individual ID numbers for all exhibition items, and store accompanying documents for items movement and transportation. The Curation Space module lets users organize cultural objects into libraries and filter them using various criteria.
