MAINTENANCE RECORDS

The Maintenance Records module allows you to build configurations to reflect your fleet of aircraft. Aircraft, engine and document models can be configured as needed. You can manage and track individual aircraft, engine and gear component and document records (AD, SB, etc.), swap components on or off aircraft, send out for repair, add or modify installation or compliance dates and control time remaining. In conjunction with the logpage administration module, you have visibility to real-time information. In addition, historical compliance information is maintained for the life of the component in the system.

LOGPAGE ADMINISTRATION

The Flight Log module updates flight log times information directly to maintenance component and reliability tracking functions. You can add, change, delete and correct log pages, view discrepancy items, validate flight times, and audit logpages. Components and document compliances will link to these logpages, which in turn calculates time remaining. Any changes made to the logpages are automatically updated to reflect the correct time remaining.

DISCREPANCIES

The Discrepancy module allows you to enter logpage discrepancy data reflecting maintenance issues on an aircraft. You can view flight times, add, change, delete and correct discrepancies, create requisitions linked with a discrepancy, swap components and open or close deferred maintenance items.

MAINTENANCE CONTROL

MX System provides a way of tracking Deferred Maintenance Items. A reference master ties to each aircraft type to automatically load when creating new DMIs. Conflicts are identified, extensions allowed where needed, revisions tracked, and material requisitions can be issued. Authorizations can be set as required.

AIRCRAFT STATUS

The Aircraft Status module ties in with the Maintenance Control module providing visibility to the status of the fleet with regards to its current serviceability and check status history.

MAINTENANCE PLANNING

The Workscope module retrieves information from component forecasting analysis and integrates the results into user-defined planning schedules. You can identify material requirements and dates, load tasks and work objectives from other areas of the system.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Inputting of check/inspections, associated workcards and tasks tracking compliances.

PURCHASING FUNCTIONS

Includes functions for Requisitions, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Exchange Orders, Repair Orders, Sales Orders and Warranty Tracking. Requisitions entered are selectable when entering purchase orders. Quotations are convertible directly to purchase orders. The purchase order module efficiently manages multi-item purchases and receipts. It seamlessly integrates with the inventory control module providing information on current inventory availability, costs, and receipts history.

INVENTORY CONTROL

The Inventory module manages inventory items and warehouses. Accurate and timely inventory statistics enables you to track future inventory needs.

QUALITY CONTROL

The Quality Control module includes functions to track all Vendors (Supplier, Repair, Internal), status, contacts and vendor audits. Included is also an email and alert function to identify audits coming due and send emails to vendors notifying them of current compliance issues and status.

TOOLS MANAGEMENT

The Tools module provides access to viewing and updating calibrated and non-calibrated tools in the system. It allows you to send tools out on loan and receive them back, track latest calibrations for calibrated tools, and scrap or remove tools from inventory.
