Changes are seemless on our website when made in the CRM platform. We are able to access member data from our computer and phones very easily.
The functionality is logical and makes it easy to move around and make easy changes.
Wished there were more features available for our website that is connected to GrowthZone's CRM.

Overall, GrowthZone has been a much better CRM product for us than previous database software. The GZ team is responsive and knowledgeable.
GrowthZone is very user friendly. All staff is comfortable with their roles within the system.
I do not like that members can access other member information on the backend.

this system allows users to interact with their org very easily, and get information on upcoming events, and other things that are going on
i was it to be easier to create an account or update one. plus it's never perfect, not crm system is so it definitely has its flaws and glitches

My overall experience has been great. I've worked with four AMS platforms now (five if you include Excel) and if I needed to acquire an association's first AMS, or had a straightforward membership program and needed an AMS at a very fair price point, I would 100% look to GrowthZone.
I can't really pinpoint one aspect since I'm in the software all the time, but a few include: member management/CRM, registration, reporting, and email templates/automation.
There is not as much customizability as I'd like to see, but the GrowthZone setup has pretty good options to select from and use.

I've had a great experience using the software, and with training videos up to date with the current system in place, I'd have zero complaints at all.
I had been using 6 different software to track the information I needed for a successful retention program, and switching over to GrowthZone has combined everything into one location.
The training videos I used to get started were very outdated and about 1/3 of the videos were old enough that the webpage in the videos looked nothing like the current CRM.

It has some versatility! It functions well and does what we need it to.
We use it as a CRM, we are not a chamber. The price point is great and it actually works well for this. I love that I can email directly from the program. It keeps track of my emails and lets me set reminders. The reporting is pretty good too.
It can take a while for the customer service to return and resolve emails. I can't call in either for help.

We were tired of using multiple software platforms to achieve our goals. We had one for our website, one for billing, one for communications, one for CRM (customer relationship management) and one for events. We're able to do it ALL with ChamberMaster (GrowthZone). It's affordable and intuitive. I honestly don't know where we'd be without it. It's also a great place to keep all the information we use regularly and makes sharing simple!
We love how easy CM is to work worth and how they are continually adding new features as requested by users. We use many but not all features!
Sometimes it crashes, but not very often.
