I love that it’s so user friendly. We have had this software since 2010 and the updates are great but it also doesn’t change much which is wonderful.

Needs an offline version for outages. If there was a offline version we would never have any down time.

Recycling Operations

Scale integration and the ability to customize all aspects of the transaction is nice for compliance and the users permissions. Everything works well together with very little downtime.

Sometimes when you don't have wifi the ticket gets lost. I understand the ticket isn't connected remotely and it's supposed to sync when you hit wifi, it doesn't on occasion.

We have had ScrapRight for about two years now and we are beyond pleased.

The developers continually update the program to keep up with all of the laws  and requirements and when Service is needed they respond promptly and make sure the issues are immediately  resolved.

It quickly determines whether or not a customer wishing to sell material is on the do not buy list. It has made it much easier to help local law enforcement as well.

Excellent guidance regarding third party cameras, printers, scanners, which made integration a breeze.
