Search mechanism is limited to patient and client names, unable to search by breed or diagnosis, etc. at this time.

Populated Physical Exam is limited to companion mammals and isn't quite 100% applicable to avian and reptile species (or amphibian, fish, invertebrates, etc).

We used it for 6 years and once we became comfortable with the system, everyone enjoyed using it. We liked the ability to upload photos into the dental record.

Our clients complain all the time and don't understand what they are being charged for.

Whenever we have a windows 10 update (not optional as to time or place) come through, it tends to either crash our server or cause problems with all of our printers and other connections.

Patients with split billing are a nightmare. On statements, charges for split billed patients are listed in a very confusing way and it doesnt' list what percentage each owner gets billed for.

Some tech support needs MORE training. I can always tell when they’re Struggling to fix an issue and that usually results compounding the problem.

I really appreciate the support for this product. Every time I have called in or done a live chat, the support person is knowledgeable, professional, and helps resolve the issue quickly.

Its great to print out reports of any kind to see how we are doing.

It doesn't match up and I can calculate from the D.O.B. their actual age if I needed to, but I fear new users can easily get confused.

I find Impromed to be on of the more user friendly and intuitive programs I've used, it's still really nice to have assistance with any questions that pop up.

You can have mobile units for field work. Tech support is awesome and they are easy to contact by phone or chat or email.

This software is very easy to use and has so many features that I probably don’t even use most of them but are nice to have the option to use if needed.

It is also hard to change any errors with patient processing and refunds are also multiple unnecessary steps. It took me a long time to get used to impromed.

This software has depth that allows for customization for each hospital's processing. It also has great integration with other systems such as laboratories and payment processing.

I think the easytime appointment scheduler has been the most difficult to adapt to, it is difficult to look quickly for an available time slot, because it does not give you a view of entire day.

Some of the reporting options can be difficult to extract data from.

Inventory, patient records and accounting all work well. System has the ability to do so much with added cost of additional modules.

8 months later, there is still no timeline for fixing the integration. This is just one example.
