The scenes feature is great for architectural presentations and paired with a rendering software like Enscape or Lumion it works like magic. Also workshop and all the add-ons are amazing.

It's not discovered yet by me what is most disappointed about this product because all I needed to switch to this software is inbuilt within and therefore can't say I'm disappointed in using it.

The only real issue I had with Sketchup was the lack of stp export options. This made it unusable when working with overseas manufacturing vendors.

It causes hours of wasted work to fix and that is time and money. It also affects business by not being able to deliver a serviceable idea to the clients.

Poor product that crashes and freezes, no ability to contact customer support, no refunds.

Very easy to setup and free for schools. There is now a web based version optimized for Google Chrome browser and integrates with Gsuite.

The personal biggest problem me is right-clicking on the mouse because it's not the same as AutoCAD, the problem if you used to work in AutoCad is hard to get used to BricsCAD.

The easy to use it and the simplicity in the commands makes it so user friendly to use. Its at par with any CAD software , in-fact better and faster.

It is so comparable to AutoCAD the industry's benchmark. I would LOVE for it to work on its 3D abilities.

If I had known that they treat customers this badly I would have never have purchased their product.

It has a really clean interface, ideal for all and any engineering 2D engineering drawings. Even though simple, it has all features similar and more  popular softwares use.

It is also quite inexpensive and the customer support is fantastic.

Depending on the software version, there are still a few bugs. They are not bugs that affect the functionality of the program, but tend to irritate the perfectionist.
