TLore comes with a built-in interactive calendar, which allows racing managers to create custom events, schedule vaccination appointments, update stake nominations, and view racing planners. The documents module lets administrators scan various documents, including employee certificates and race charts, into a centralized database, and link the information with horses, owners, trainers, or races. Organization can also send weekly updates, videos, photos, events history, upcoming races, and more to horse owners via email.
TLore includes an invoicing tool, which assists managers with updating charges related to race results, therapy details, and location changes in a centralized repository, which can auto-populate when generating invoices. Plus, the color-coded spreadsheets allow trainers to view schedules, nominations and completed races, as well as sort the information by owner, track, race status, or sex.
