What is vinSUITE?
vinSUITE is a cloud-based collection of integrated sales software solutions for winery businesses of every size. Tightly coupling the tools required to assist and process purchasing from the tasting room to the website's eShop, its centralized Point of Sale (POS) system is deployable across desktop and tablet platforms. The all-in-one touchscreen interface offers secured payment processing with accounting functionality extended by QuickBooks, while running real time compliance checks such as age verification during orders. Compatible with most popular devices, the Tablet POS has customizable permissions to access customer information including purchase history, along with the ability to capture on-the-spot wine club registrations.
The wine club management software module then adds automated administration tools to grow a personalized buying program. With vinSUITE, wineries can accept multiple orders from multiple clubs in batch, track those orders, register automatic credit card updates and apply special discounts. Additionally, eCommerce gathers creation and admin tools for setting up responsive winery websites with shopping cart integration and wine club registration, while CRM and marketing promises to improve customer engagement.
