What is SmartLine ?

SmartLine is a mobile softphone solution that enables small businesses to manage professional calls and messages with a dedicated second phone number. Features include personalized greeting messages, scheduling, automated voicemail transcriptions, spam call filtering, and vanity & toll-free numbers.

The solution allows users to set up a phone line by selecting a local number based on area code as well as define business hours to route calls to voicemail. SmartLine enables receivers to handle calls during working and non-working hours using do-not-disturb (DND) and number blocking features. Users can also receive automated notifications about missed calls, voicemail, or text messages. Plus, it allows recipients to view caller IDs, helping them recognize the type of incoming call.

Owners can make calls and send text messages using the business number, securing private numbers from clients in the process. Moreover, SmartLine enables users to archive and categorize previous calls, voicemails, or texts based on customer details for quick identification.
