Initially this software seemed like a seamless integration to our MDM needs on our Samsung devices. Price seemed good, feature-set seemed perfect.
Missing some features (e.g. Battery level display on web interface) although they are planned.
It's easy to manage and the customer support is great. We have it set up on 18 tablets now and works great.
No notification of new features, they just appear.
Support has been very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
Nothing works correctly, except the enrollment that equals added cost. From there it is a disaster.
This product is easy to use. Their customer service team is awesome and very knowledgeable.
Limited ios restrictions. I cant seem to find no password lock on Ios devices however I am still new to the program and learning its features.

The ease of use is great and it is cheap so it's a perfect software for us. It is eady to deploy and we love the way we can manage applications on the play store.
Confusing interface and odd visual design (that cartoon character is really weird!).
The support and staff we've been in Contact with have all been fantastic and it all feels very personal and professional. We highly recommend Miradore and their MDM-solution.
Some missing features and a very restrictive web API.
This was very easy to set up and deploy, very user friendly software. Customer service was fantastic.

It's reliable and pretty easy to use. We get all our devices (150 laptops and 150 phones) under the same software and register and there's also connector to 3rd party leasing-software which is great.

I loved the fact that i had so many features available in one environment and each one of them worked perfectly fine. The key word is Customizability.
But the worst part is the support is extremely poor and unhelpful.
They do excellent software, excellent customer support and excellent patching-keeping the product up to date. You will never be disappointed to go with them.
There are some minor UI inconsistencies between tabs that were weird to figure out (only at first) and the current knowledgebase is somewhat minimal.
The ease of use and the go to for help on topics are very helpful. This allows to set it up faster, and they have good training and support.
The process to configure and distribute apps is lengthy, time consuming and confusing at the beginning.
Excellent product, every day it offers better functionalities, the applicable security and control levels are very good.
Cloud service is fairly new, missing some features and a little buggy.
This is a powerful toll that will me manage my mobile devices. Technical support for this product is outstanding.
So far everything has been great. Customer support is quick and helpful, and software works great.

Works, does what it should, integrations like Slack or Pipedrive are still far from being awesome.
The chat feature is about to be retired and replaced by a new feature which is available in beta only for now. That currently makes it a little confusing.
Very Easy to use and a perfect Implement in my website. Best and very fast costumer support.
But it was really weird, imagine: the client close the chat widget to continue the navigation or to read something on the page, and when he reopens it - it's a new conversation that starts.
Used this solution on a few websites that i run now. Great initial product with the opportunity to grow into its higher tiers.
Some limited features on trial period. Somehow restritcted statistics.
Nice Styling options, fair price packages for premium. Client liked it from the beginning.

It seems lack of unit tests to their products. For example, some correct Excel equations could be messed up for some reasons which may scare users.
I find it's API very accessible and self-explained and in the fly I did get attached to it, nice UI and very good performance.
It makes me very hesitant to upgrade to the latest version for fear that something which used to work now doesn't (unit testing UI components is very hard).
I love the community license for small developers like myself. I have only used customer support a few times, but each time the response has been outstanding.
The documentation is very bad. Include only very basic and unreal samples.

I've only been using the components for a couple of weeks but so far it has been very nice, reduced the amount of code I have to write. Customer service has been very responsive.

Developer of my own company and since we generate < million annually in revenue we qualified for a free license (Awesome!).

What I like most about VantageMDM software is that, it keeps my data secured and help me to effectively manage my boosting my productivity and efficiency as per needs of the organization I am in.
There is absolutely nothing I can say that is wrong about this product. I am just utterly moved with its capabilities.
Another notable feature of Vantagemdm is its ability to integrate with other business systems, making it easy to transfer data and create more comprehensive reports and analytics.
There's no feature that I don't like about this software.
I really had good experience with VantageMDM, they're very accommodating with inquiries and has really a superb after sales performance.
There is no difficulty with the features or usage. The configuration is fast, easy to install and user-friendly.

I love it's customizability, the app exchange, and the Salesforce Community. The app exchange is great for free (or sometimes paid) solutions to add to your Salesforce instance and its capabilities.
Just after logging in, the wait time is considerably higher than Classic's and is very annoying to sit around while it loads with the latest update's mascot watching your frustration.
It is very user friendly, offers great customization, and is great when it comes to keeping all tasks organized and on track.
The only negative aspect of the platform is the cost. It can be restrictive for smaller projects and when I need to add more users/managers.
The clear sections and adaptability of the platform is really amazing. Its hopeful that its shortcomings will be taken care of in the near-future releases.

The sheer number of native integrations is a huge advantage over any other solution. The reporting you get with Salesforce is remarkable.

It seems like the functionality and data representation is limitless. The visualizations are great and clients love to see their data this way.
Compute resources are not brokered well and during high traffic times we can have dataflows run for up to 2 hours. My worst experience with domo was with their customer service/integration team.
I like the Run Dataflow feature that was just added, it's been a huge lifesaver. It used to take so much time managing all the steps one by one, but now it's so much straightforward.
I don't consider this a terrible con, but for those users who do not already do things in the cloud, this could be a con.
The ETL is pretty simple to learn. Implementation consultant (that's NOT DOMO) is pretty responsive, if you get a good company.
So I wouldn’t classify this as a con, but if there is one thing that frustrates me, that’s it.
There is a good collection of training materials online. They also have a good community for support online.
It's pricey, but worth it. The biggest thing was the last update they had screwed up some of my reports, and we're still trying to figure out what happened.
Dome is simple, elegant, and has a huge amount of tools, so it is certainly a good acquisition.
There are hiccups and occasionally error on the system, but they are becoming less and less.

Our team especially liked the openness of the software programming interface, the associated help files, and the superb customer support whenever we had a question.
Very very poor design and way too much information.
Here I was able to realize all things I need in a nice interface in a very short time. The support is perfect and fast, so I will integrate it in all my software and recommend it my customers.
We use forms on fire as work intructions/reports of the technicians on site.
The idea is great and most of all the fact that you can see your work on an app on your phone is super usefull.
We are using Forms on Fire on all our field tablets to gather resident and sampling information.
We decided that simply digitizing the forms was the best use of our time and money and it has had a great ROI.
But if you have to make a change 6 months later. Go back to school because you would have forgotten all the coding.
The application and backend are easy to use and normally very stable. FoF is great to work with to get issues ironed out or answer questions quickly if there is an issue or a question.
Regular enhancements and new features keep expanding its usability. Great product with some of the best customer support you will find.

It's costly and heavy to load, I tried the open source version on my local server and due to the tools used in development it loaded slowly. Also doing any customization is a pain.
It was very easy to use and can be accessed anywhere in the world. Its price point is very competitive and customer service (at least for the free trial) was good.
The amount of things on the page that demand the attention made me open a few tabs just to catch up with everything. Also, I found it hard to understand and how to actually get started.

There's a free version of eXo which comes with all the features. Couple that with a very supportive community and you get the best deal ever.

The support is quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. The functions within the app are very intuitive.

We are really impressed with such a wonderful way to run call management in a very flexible way with very reasonable costs.
The customers have no idea that I am sitting on the beach chilling.
I also like the fact that this software is able to cross the borders between different team members no matter where in the world you are. Customer support is also superb and very friendly.
3CX being a very old software had a lot more features that are missing in spoke. Main ones are... switchboard.
LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEM. Value and options for the dollar cannot be beaten ... customer service is superb ... they've won a loyal fan for a long time.
Transfers can be a little fiddly, we are on cellular service as our wifi is terrible.
Spoke Phone have been great. The customer service is excellent and the price is fantastic, especially if you make lots of calls.
Occasionally has issues with the wifi making receiving calls difficult.
Feature packed with many options to customise. Fantastic support and fair about allowing you to use on trial longer until you are sure you want to implement a change to this modern platform.
Spoke phone is a fantastic product that has allowed us to consolidate our entire work network to mobile, and future proof our business communications. Interface is clean and easy to use.

The teams/manager login functionality is a little buggy. I've had some odd renaming of teams forcing me to lose access privilege settings.
We have saved all of our customers thousands of dollars a month with Mobility Central. The reporting and ease of use are our favorite features.

They advertise Alpha as "codeless" development. Well, that's a bit misleading.
Alpha is continually moving forward with new and exciting capabilities. Support is great and the online Forum community is vibrant, active and willing to help when needed.
The annual cost that Alpha Software charges increases a lot every time that I renew the licence.
The ability to develop very robust web based an mobile applications with little coding. The applications I have developed are very stable in use.
No drag and drop form designer (but has genies and other tools that make this much less of a problem once you understand it).
The software is always being enriched with new capabilities and functionality. There is a terrific support team that responds quickly to any request.

They benefitted from the ease of use and increased standard of quality of their work.
You have to pay for each additional user which costs and can add up. Naming the app Forms and the company Device Magic confused our staff sometimes, too.
I quickly learned the essentials to get what I needed. Besides all the ease of use, the tech support team is wonderful.
The only downside is that once a form is dispatched to a device, it cannot be subsequently edited, in any way other than transferring to a different device.
Plus the field collection process is really fast, including the great geostamp and timestamp features under the radar. The barcode reader is extremely accurate and super fast.
Some of the integrations are limited. It is a bit more difficult to use 'live' data as a source within the forms.

This app has also lost complete inspections and all photos with no record that they ever existed.
By creating a simple elegant interface, with the ease of programming, and the ability to customize reports, it is an ideal package for helping educators understand and use evidence.
I was not delivered what was promised and then was nickel and dimed to do so. Ultimately had to completely abandon and hire a developer.
Features & Functionality - I think that Form.com, especially with their API, has the best features. Customer Support is outstanding - every person I have worked with at World App is world class.
The app tends to lag at times however minor updates should address this issue.

It is an innovative product that provides a great service and takes productivity to higher levels, the advantages it offers in relation to its price are more than justified.
Every time there is an iphone update, Codeproof stops working and the settings are shut off. Very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of keeping our employees on track.
How simple its implementation is and the amount of tools at my disposal is the best, and what else to say about your customer service is the best.
I found some bugs for android devices, which could generate inconveniences or doubts regarding the stability of the product.

Furthermore, the ability to restrict usage wasn't important because everyone has a personal phone and the phones I give the employees are way worse than their personal phones.

They are one of the most responsive and helpful vendors we've ever used. I truly believe they care about their clients and will do whatever they can to help them be successful.
One other dislike is once a form is built for a target platform, such as an iPhone or Android, it is very difficult to change that form to interact with a full size PC without creating a new form.
It has good assistant team which helps us to solve our problems. Great customer satisfaction and helped in all the problems faced by me in my MI products like my mobile.
Sometimes the updates mess things up in the app and we have to do workarounds to get it to function properly again.
What we like most is the company and the people who work there. They have a first rate product in Mi-Forms and an excellent sales and technical support staff.
No enterprise licensing option, license cost per user is way too expensive compared to others.
I like that it is user-friendly and pretty upfront. I really like the support we receive for the Mi-apps.
Unless a user is well versed in its ins and outs, they will struggle to recover information. Otherwise, the program works seamlessly between each of the devices.
What I like most about Mi-Apps is the ease of use. You can enter a response with a click of a button, and employees can be easily trained on how to use it.
Having employees having the ability to work off line has also increased productivity.
Look for ease of learning, the ability to build applications, interfaces with third party back end systems, and the ability to run on various products and operating environments.
The ease of use will be key towards successful adoption by our field staff.
Figure out what your needs are, obviously. There will be constant changes and updates as you learn how to utilize software such as this in any environment to best suit your needs.
Independent customization using the form designer and JavaScript. Customer Support is very quick to respond to issues.

Great Customer Service, Great Software. It Is Helping Us To Grow Our Business.
Hard to track which tasks have been sent onto customers, can crash out sometimes wiping system of data.
I really like how the app is displayed, very clean layout. I also like how easy it is to navigate around the app.
There are a few teething problems, little things like a specific process to uploading the photos which if we don't follow, can cause the app to crash meaning we lose our work and have to start again.
Klipboard's level of customer service is excellent. Since initial setup they have been very detailed in explaining things and guided us throughout which made us comfortable going with their solution.
It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. The quoting, job management, asset management, invoicing and range of customer communications, has streamlined our overall processes.
We spend less time on administration and have improved efficiency. The software is constantly improving and we are a completely paperless company now.
It has definitely streamlined our operational processes and will help us deliver our services to our customers much more efficiently. I would highly recommended Klipboard.

Cost and time savings of Cameyo over new computer labs. Having to purchase the labs, setup and imaging and maintenance made Cameyo an easy choice and win.
We really do not have any cons of Cameyo's software. Implementation was a little difficult for our company.
A fantastic solution to deploy a legacy software in a browser.
Very few negatives, difficult to name even one.
It is great to work with the application and with this company.
The cloud is not yet ready for CPU/GPU intensive software for computer aided designing and drawing.
The whole process of testing to full implementation was extremely quick and easy. Eyal from the Cameyo team has been great in the implementation for us.
The lower cost of Camayo's solution allows us to pass savings onto our customers with decreasing our support cost and improving margins.
Easy to setup using on prem cameyo server. Once installed its pretty stable.
The application was very straight forward to install, but what makes the difference is the access to support and how the support team has helped to adapt the solution to our requirements.
The product has been phenomenal. It has allowed our workforce to spread out, use various devices, and because it integrates with G-Suite for authentication it is very easy to setup new users on.
We integrate this with HubSpot and this has worked very well to date.
