Some features, like the connectors and their hotkeys, seem like they could use some revision.

I've used most prototype options available, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision, and others, and none of them has the capabilities that Axure does.

For example, we're utilising Figma to build our visual design library because there are a few things we can't do visually in Axure.

A big plus for Axure is the plugins and interactions available for a larger number of other apps.

Depending on your needs and how many people need access, the price can get steep quickly and may be a detractor for some people but it does carry a lot of value for the money.

Axure is a very powerful tool, it has tons of options and for UX prototyping is - in my opinion as a beginner and learner - on top and one of the best (comparing to UX Pin f.e.).

on upgrading to new version old projects were not supported, i had to scout for solution
