It lets users integrate enterprises' critical systems with data technologies to manipulate, analyze, and store historical and transactional data in required forms including object storage, relational, key-value, and more.
Features of Caché include built-in testing, unstructured data analysis, multi-dimensional access, automatic interoperability, word-aware text searching, and more. It offers write-image journaling capabilities, which helps databases recover during power outages or hardware failures using database mirroring, distributed enterprise cache protocols (ECP), and failover clustering methods. It also provides an in-built security model, which lets users create and enforce authentication, managed key encryption, custom privileges or permissions, and auditing at application levels.
Caché offers an application server with object programming capabilities, which allows businesses to access various technologies, including scripting languages, client-side caching, SQL access using open database and Java database connectivity.
