Overall, the Commercient SYNC solution has saved us a lot of time and improved our success rate in getting the needed data into Salesforce. Though implementation was no doubt complex and required a lot of communication and trust between our team and theirs, the results have been well worth it.

I really dont know how they have gotten such good reviews on this site, my companies experience has been terrible, and it appears we are going to have to scrap the project with them and lose our investment.

The implementation was a bit longer than we expected as we had a lot of preparation to do to identify our databases and conditions to import / update / delete the data.

The integration of the 2 platforms (ERP and CRM) is behind the scenes and infrequently needs interaction after deployment of the solution.  

SYNC, we were told, was capable of connecting a wide range of ERP and accounting-type systems to CRMs, one of the most popular being Salesforce.

At this point, it would be a major overhaul to implement that parent/child relationship.

Their customer support after implementation, we typically get an answer within 24 hours from the same team that implemented us and know our databases.
