It has been an awesome way to sync my email service, texting service, and FB messaging for events. 

Awesome tool!

We're using Copper CRM, Eventbrite, Mailchimp, & G Suite to manage all of our business functions and events. Integromat has allowed us to push data between these tools easily, and without manual intervention. We tried Zapier & Workato, but Integromat was more user friendly, and also had a pricing model (buy extra operations as needed +++++) that better fit our needs.

Easy to use & cost effective

We are using Integromat to keep data in sync across various platforms, and also to  automate some menial data entry tasks.

I love, love, LOVE using Integromat! It is so much fun to work with. The visual workflow is very intuitive, and makes it easy to visualize the complex workflows that I've been building.

As mentioned in my Cons, the poor documentation made it very hard to learn some of the quirks of the platform, but I'm so glad I stuck with it. I highly suggest you do the same!

Fantastic alternative for Data Automation

We use the Commercient sync from Sage ERP to Salesforce and are very happy with the results. Commercient's implementation team worked with ours to ensure our requirements were understood then took care of the rest of the process themselves. After the sync, the support team was very helpful in making adjustments to the sync as requested in a timely manner. This sync will help us to leverage Salesforce and our ERP data to ensure our reps have what they need to succeed!

Support has been great and the customer panel is easy enough to use. But, it feels like a lot of the cost goes towards too many uneccessary sales and marketing features, rather than focusing on the product itself. This is just based on experience with other third party vendors. 

Great support but a forced selling strategy and misunderstanding of our needs.
