It's more complex to set up than some of the other platforms out there but once you understand how webhooks work it's actually not that difficult.

That's not to say that support hasn't tried to help, but this product is not suitable for those without quite a bit of pre-existing technical knowledge as there is no one on the other end who will assist when you simply can't get a workflow to work.
