What is REDDOXX MailDepot?
REDDOXX MailDepot is a web-based software package for legally compliant, audit-proof long-term archiving and recovery of emails. The archive is independent of the mail server type and can be embedded in a company's existing infrastructure because it supports any type of storage. The software can be connected to an existing document management system.
The software features go beyond only the archiving of emails. Clear identification and assignment are also possible. A full-text indexing system allows users to search for specific emails and text-based attachments. Individual authorizations can be defined for individual parties. Archiving is automatic and permanent.
Other functions include the subsequent archiving of existing archives, outsourcing of data that has already been archived, and auditing using the four-eyes principle. REDDOXX MailDepot complies with both GDPR and GoBD guidelines. An interface to Microsoft Outlook is available to increase user-friendliness.
