It’s better than any transaction app I use as it’s so fluent especially non English speaker

Admittingly my customer should have paid more attention to the email, but the big disappointment here is the fact the old software was killed off so quickly with poor communication from Rightworks, and now my customer now has to buy it again.

Then when they go to use the software in Feb 2024, it can't access the activation server.
