The Quickbooks integration can be difficult to navigate, and anytime you need to make a change to an invoice, you have to do so in QBO.

It's quite simple to navigate the surface-level features of the program such as adding a new client, matter, or depositing to a client's trust account.

This is frustrating b/c I often deal in 0.25 or 0.75, and it means I have to go back and edit and change a bunch of entries which is a waste of my time.

When I click on matters, it instantly only shows me the cases that I am linked to but I would prefer to just see all of the firm's cases instead.

The integration with Quickbooks is great - it made it possible for me to confidently use Quickbooks, which I had never used before.

Some lawyers are not particularly in tune with technology, so these simple interfaces and directions help keep frustrations low.

These guys know what business owners need and keep delivering.

I would also like to see more features for writing off invoices.

The reporting interface is quite smashed together and leaves much to be desired.

Not being able to change the look of our bills was very problematic.  

I also could not figure out how to add flat fees to hourly matters.

I have problems when implementing specific time entries.

The interface is also pretty dated and reminds me of an old school software program.

There seems to be a limit on the  amount of text.

I much prefer it to the other systems I've used, b/c it is more cost effective and does what I need it to do.

I discovered this product after failing to master the mystery of trust accounting in Quickbooks.  

This has been the best move we could have made.  

The software does everything I need and meshes well with Quickbooks.

LeanLaw is easy to navigate, integrates really well with Quickbooks and their customer service reps are very responsive.

Not always as intuitive as I might want and it may take a few tries to get the report I want.  

Discounts for QuickBooks are also helpful.

It's a user-friendly interface, the customer service is excellent, and the software is cost-effective.
