Throughout our agreement, I raised repeated concerns that my business was being advertised in the wrong city. Despite paying monthly, my concerns went unanswered, and when leads did come in, potential customers believed my business was located in the incorrect location listed in the ads.

Do not use company, they use deceptive practices and lie to you in order to make sales.

Ease of submitting information has always been great- my contact person is always readily available to help with any issues.

They lied to my ca e about their experience within the industry and beat practices and too.

They train their employees to stay uneducated.

As a result, I did not gain any new clients from the service I was paying for.

Marketing is going to be all but taken over by AI in the next five years.

My experience working with Hibu was extremely disappointing and ultimately a waste of my time, money, and effort.

They wasted about 8 hour of my time setting up the same website i had before and not one lead came in and took $2,000.00 of my hard earned money.   

Hibu's "Listings Management" tool allows me to easily update my company contact info, hours of operation and important information with a few clicks and that seamlessly updates all over the internet (google, yelp, random sites).

The biggest thing I have a problem with is that I gave them a few months of paying more than almost any other SEO service that I could find and had to spend many hours and phone calls correcting mistakes I did not ask for a refund but for my service to be canceled and they are holding me to the rest of the "contract" and I just need to deal with them being poor quality.

Overall, my experience was frustrating, misleading, and unproductive.

They were very helpful in the questions and set up of all the information that woul dbe needed.

On-page analysis and the watchdog feature are very helpful for keyword and page optimisation, as well as change tracking.

In the beginning it's not super clear how to start out:  which pages to target, how to incorporate the data, the need to set up watchdog the very big picture stuff.   But, I went ahead and analyzed some pages, and created new ones, and it became clearer as I went along.

Like any analytical tool that provides detailed information, the learning curve can be a little difficult at first, but after a few reports and understanding the extent of the information, it becomes easier to extract the information you need to rank.

I like that I get a tool that helps optimize content as well as other top tools like Frase and Surfer. But it has a huge edge because it's actually affordable and doesn't force you to spend money and lose credits as is the case with the other tools I mentioned.
