Wish we never signed up with them. I use the free version of Zoominfo and it's a lot more accurate and quick for individual searches. Looking into ZoomInfo license, but it's very expensive.
Fairly easy to use and navigate for basic searches.
Where do I begin? If you need help or assistance from Seamless you must send an email - there is no customer service phone number. Once we signed up our account rep went MIA and never returned phone calls or messages. To learn how to use the software you are directed to a webinar that seems to be produced every few days. There is no one to contact for individual training for specific needs. The...

I love that it is real time and therefore the information is more accurate than any other tool I have used. The integration with Sales Navigator is amazing and makes it SO easy to find contacts and import into a CRM!
My biggest complaint is that the extension should automatically pull up the contact when on that screen of a contact (like the ZoomInfo extension does). I am surprised Seamless does not do that since overall they are SO much better than ZoomInfo !

Seamless.AI is helping me add to my pipeline more sales prospects that I will work on converting into closed sales. This product is great and would highly recommend it to anyone in sales.
I like the integration with Salesforce and Outreach. Outreach is easier for me, as it helps with the contact management as an opportunity is opened and then moved into Salesforce.
It's rare when it happens, but some contact information is duplicated, or there are missing phone numbers and I have to check the website for the right person, phone number or email address.

Search for new potential customers is useless by mean of Seamless.AI. Results included more leads for any kind of industry or business area, than for my specific search
Most leads came from LINKEDIN sales. Beside, the search result were meaningless.
Inaccurate misleading information. Takes a lot of effort and time to sift the leads pertinent to your search. Lots of garbage mixed with little actual potential leads. Inaccurate contact information, leading to gigantic email bouncing rates. BEWARE : TO END AND CLOSE YOUR CONTRACT,AFTER A PAINFUL YEAR OF USELESS AI, YOU NEED TO NOTIFY 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE ENGAGED FOR A NEW RIDE, PAYED FRO YOUR POCKET!!! GOOD LUCK

The subscription renovation process was automated without giving us the option to stop using the product. The renew was anually with a requested 60 days advance warning if you do not want to continue. However, they don't send you a warning of the fact you're going to be renovated/invoiced. As most of the companies we don't have a calendar with alarms on renovation deadlines, they got our money for a second year without us wanting to continue. We protested and requested our funds back with no avail. Overall, a company to avod at all costs.
- The sales process was clear, fast and well organized - The product interface is simple and easy to use
Lead acquisition results were ok for the North American market. Otherwise, quite poor. Specially in countries with different languages than English.

Because of the cost of the tool and the validity of the contacts found in the tool, I have mixed feelings about seamless.ai. In order to compete in the future, they will need to add more and more features.
It's simple to locate the prospect's contact information. Its seamless integration with the sales navigator has made it simple to locate the contact information (email and phone numbers) for the vast majority of sales navigator contacts. It also includes information on the company's technology, location, description, news, and signals, as well as contact information.
Emails from seamless have a high bounce rate, and direct dials are hard to come by. It's very expensive when compared to other database competitors.

Great process setting up and very easy to work with
The plugin for chrome is great and allows us to search LinkedIn without sales nav, saving tons of money. Most of the contacts are valid and active.
Some bugs and glitches often will get inactive contacts.

Overall, Seamless.Ai is a must have too for your organization if user intent data will aid your company in sales and lead generation.
Seamless Google extension makes it easy to access company data on any website instantly.
The user interface font and boxes could be bigger, making the tool feel easier to use.

Love the ease of use and the simplicity by which I am able to find the right contacts and add them directly to my CRM. Always leave Seamless.AI with utmost satisfaction. I am a raving fan!!
I think sometimes there are contacts whose information is not accurate. I do believe that this will always be the case as some people just like to stay hidden.

So easy to use and just an additional button on a website (like Linked In). Contacts can be pulled into other systems like Sales Force and adds the contact information seamlessly (lol).
it's a little pricey. But worth it in the long run.

Seamless will do anything to get you to sign up and lock you into an annual subscription. The leads are sub-par and you are limited to a certain number per day. Save yourself and find a reputable lead generation company, not one built on misleading their clients.
I did not have a positive experience with Seamless.AI, at all. I didn't like anything about them.
I am in the process of starting a new company. I met with Seamless to help generate some leads, so I could try and find clients. I was unable to afford the 2,500/year for the basic plan, and asked the Sales rep if I could go monthly. I was told monthly was more expensive, but was OK with that for a month or two. The Sales rep encouraged me to sign the contract while we were on the call. I was unable to read the contract and signed it. No clarification was given that it was a "Monthly annual" contract. This Sales rep turned off the call recording, told me he was starting his own marketing company on the side, and pitched his company to me in an effort to sell me as one of his clients. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Seems like an OK tool at first. When you call the phone numbers you get from seamless many are completely wrong. And you won't know until you've called several times and reached someone to tell you that. The email data appears to be a mashup of a contact name and the completely wrong company. Very rarely is the email address accurate.
Easy to use. Useful if the people you are hunting have a LinkedIn profile.
Data accuracy is a huge problem. I used it primarily to gather direct phone numbers and emails. The vast majority were inaccurate. The sales reps position seamless as a monthly fee but you actually have to sign up for 12 months minimum.

I feel our sales rep lied to us, promising a 14 day trial. We were charged 3 days into the trial, and it was a very off putting feeling.
It was a great program, which helped us get contact info for decision makers at our dream client's company.
The software and associated training we great, but there was no human onboarding that felt genuine, or worth the price.

Very disturbing how they operate business.
Good dataset overall... chrome plugin is nice
Sales rep was extremely deceitful...lied all the way through the process...then lied about a 12 month commitment, then indicated the license was unlimited but what then capped at 4000 searches values per day....then lied again and said he could move around the numbers.

In years past, we have had difficulty finding the correct emails to contact new leads. We would do mail-merges and campaigns introducing ourselves and receive many bounce-backs. With seamless.ai we have been able to find a large percentage of accurate email addresses. Also, seamless.ai informs us when the email they are providing is not valid - so we do not waste our time.
I really like the integration Seamless has with Sales Navigator/LinkedIn and I am looking forward to integrating with Zoho when I have the opportunity. The software is easy to use with many different filtering functions for lead researching.
For our purposes I feel it would be better if seamless identified Valid and Accept All email addresses as different categories.

Overall experience is bad. Not happy is an understatement.
We were using the product for a few months with no good results compared to other products in the industry. The Sales person was very good at selling it but they forced us to pay for something we're not using.
Be careful of what they are selling you! Seamless is auto-renewing the service without our authorization and expects us to pay for a service we're not using.
