I like that Deskera Books focuses on different aspects related to the money side of things of your business: creating and sending invoices (by creating them from scratch or relying on one of the Deskera Books templates), tracking your bills purchases, and expenses, keeping track of your inventory, and getting real-time reports.

Accompanying the (5th) problem is a (6th) problem, where this new phantom invoice contains (A) a different Invoice # (B) contains different net terms and (C) contains a different date of issue.

Invoices are sent to the customer on the wrong date with a wrong due date.

There is a new (5th) problem where integration with Stripe sends out phantom invoices that are separate from the invoices generated in Deskera.

Currently with my other business I have multiple programs for invoicing, accounting,  payroll, sales/CRM,  and HR, but with Deskera it's all in one.

Another new problem after integrating with Stripe, (7) there is no connection back and forth.

Well I need some time to understand the whole system and how it works, but yet to explorer all. And secondly, hopefully in near future, we can see integration for the functionality that the Sales module (and other modules) is lacking like email verification and scheduler.

For me it is the Quotations and the invoicing and the accounting. That alone to me is worth the cost. And I can also give access to my accountant if they need to validate my returns.

Easy to set up the products, the suppliers, customers and to customize yours invoices and quote.

All tools either had an option to manually add all details to create a remotely good and compatible invoice as per the norms. But Deskera handles all that on its own.

Of the three main apps included in the suite (Books, Sales & People), I think that Books (which is mainly focused on invoicing/finances etc.) is currently the most mature.

It's lack integration for bank feed for my country. As I'm using other bank rather than integrated bank, it makes extra effort to key in some data manually.

By the time I purchased the product, there is no integration between customers in Deskera Books and contacts in CRM module. But the integration is in their roadmap.

For me it is of high importance that Deskera will now be successfully optimized for the requirements in Europe (GDPR, Date notation) and that there will be some more translations (for example German).
