What is Formica?
Formica is a modular ERP platform. The software consists of four separate modules to cover the various subsections of company administration. It supports inventory management, financial accounting, document management, as well as general company administration.
Formica ERP is the platform’s central module. There are additional components available to support inventory management and production planning. There is also an automated CRM system for managing and maintaining customer contacts. Formica’s FI module is designed to support financial accounting processes. The packaged accounting system comes complete with features for accounts receivable and accounts payable. The module can also be used to configure reminders and deadlines. The system can automatically monitor incoming payments and open invoices.
The Formica DMS module manages digital information and can lodge internal or external documents into a central repository. The unified system is designed to help users find specific files and events more quickly. The Formica ToDo module is designed for managing appointments, contacts, and communication channels. Incoming emails can be automatically assigned to specific projects or customers.
