The only Con from me for Motive was it is very hard to get ahold of a live customer service agent.

Customer service is phenomenal. If there is a problem, they get it sorted out immediately without any hassles.

The app is pretty easy for the most part but if you ever have a question customer service is top notch, they always answer when I call, no long wait times, very nice and knowledgeable representatives.

I basically was with motive for 3 years and after my contract was over they automatically charged me again without my consent and when I actually called to resolve the matter they refused to refund my money telling me that I can only cancel after another year is done.

They lock you in a contract and when the contract is about to expired they want to dump you into another one, with fishy sales people that they only care about their commissions!

biggest con is we run a lot of new york state toll roads and on ifta reports print out they do not break down toll miles vs regular road miles, just gives a total for the state.

so drivers still have to manually keep a written record of toll miles.   If you look at their faq page there it says they do but you have to go thru each trip, for each truck, each day.
