SecureBids is a procurement platform that allows public or private agencies and vendors to manage their piece of the bidding process. It lets stakeholders securely receive bids electronically using a centralized dashboard. SecureBids uses industry-standard security measures to protect the confidentiality of bids. All bids are stored in a secure database and can only be accessed by authorized users at a designated date and time. Vendors can submit bids electronically through SecureBids and receive notifications once the bid is successfully uploaded and when the agency opens its bid.
Agencies can track the progress of bids in real-time and gain insights into the number of bids submitted, vendors following bids, and time remaining on the bid. The platform also enables administrators to streamline communication methods and provide automated messages alerting vendors of bidding opportunities and adding addendums to bids being followed.
