First "touch" with SYSPRO might be time-consuming due to first setup and customization but I wouldn't say it is minus.

Within the sales order if contract pricing hasnt been input, we cannot save an order, upload a price for same customer and then update the processed order at one go...order needs to be updated manually line by line the system cannot recongnise the changes to the customer prices

This is one of the few systems that doesn't have a lot of bugs to work out.
