What is Sysynkt?

Sysynkt is a cloud-based business process automation software that integrates with SunSystems ERP. It offers sophisticated workflows, open banking with live bank feeds, automated reconciliations, supplier management, full P2P, AI invoice capture, mobile expenses, e-invoicing and unlimited users.

Sysynkt provides true cloud P2P using custom workflows and unique AI-assisted document recognition engine (AIDRE) to provide out of the box integration to your FMS and invoice recognition. Use the supplier management functionaity, including a self-service portal for suppliers and online onboarding forms to meet your compliance requirements.

Automate your expenses with Sysynkt's expenses module and native iOS or Android app for mobile expense capture using the AIDRE receipt processing and embedded Google maps for mileage capture. Usees can utilize the making tax digital plugin to send your VAT returns electronically to HMRC or via XE exchange rate plugin to automation exchange rate imports.

Bill your customers electronically with Sysynkt's Sales module which encompasses recurring billing, recharges of purchased items or expenses with optional uplifts.

With mobile capture via the native iOS and Android app, sophisticated workflow, the AI-assisted Document Recognition Engine provides the ability to create transactions from your receipts, even handwritten, and impose your company's policy rules on the spend. You have full visibility of spending in real time.  Submit expenses as a batch or line item for processing.
  • Procurement - Full P2P processing underpinned by Sysynkt's sophisticated drag-and-drop graphical workflow engine providing almost infinite levels and criteria for approvals. Issue POs via email automatically and make that 2-way or 3-way match automatically.
  • Sales Invoicing - Sysynkt provides sales invoicing and recurring invoices with a customer management module. Embedded payment links in the invoice such as QR code for GoCardless.
  • Plugins - Sysynkt has a library of plugins including Microsoft tools and solutions like Office & Azure, exchange rate sources, HMRC, Making Tax Digital, and other plugins.
