Besides my unresolved support ticket related to a specific device that I use, the most annoying thing is the reliance on an environment variable (REPO_NAME) to distinguish between multiple repositories when connecting by command line to svn.assembla.com, instead of relying on URL like any sane API.

User management page is unacceptably slow, we have close 1000 users and page is so slow that browser always complains that page is unresponsive.

There are many features of this product that we don't even use (resource tracking, burn downs, Standups)

I don't like the design of UI: non-changeable columns size, font, colors.

In particular, there is no good way to report an issue other than email, which then isn't being tracked and you'll never even know if they are working on it.
