From the administrative side, it has great functionality. Moreover, the Agora team is always on hand to offer solutions, provide guidance, and update features based on our feedback.

Under transactions, there are way to many different options that are too similar in title which could be confusing.

It is comprehensive program that is easy to process data and out capital investors can access when needed.

The user interface of the software is very clean and organized, which allows our investors to clearly see their investment profile(s) and easily keep track of their investment capital account.

Lack of API and webhooks makes integrating fully with our workflows impossible. Not sure if anyone really has this.

There are still some glitches in the software, sometimes I'll get rerouted to the home page.

Signing investors process was difficult because of the scrolling bar.
