Managing a multi inspector firm MUST BE MADE EASIER. If it is not mad easier then I will have to leave HG as much as it will hurt at first, the current way of doing things is not tenable.

I hear there is a defect software that can be purchased and added to Home Gage from InterNachi. I wish Home Gage added this defect list to shorten my typing time and report writing.

I like that the software does everything from sound to pictures to videos and integrates them all together for a very good report.

Home inspector

Missing something in an inspection is difficult with the software notification when something is not filled out.

Although they offer a mobile version, the iPhone version is less than useless. My RV inspections take 6 to 8 hours and the iPhone version of HomeGauge would crash 3 to 8 times during an inspection.

From the use of software, the options available, and the excellent customer service, I wouldn't choose any other kind.

The ability to integrate features like credit card payments or radon are also very helpful.

The cost and ease of set up was the selling factor for me back in 2005. I could lease the software affordably, which was important to me as a startup company.

I love all the comments that are pre-programed. I love that you can take pictures and edit while you are in the room and it will automatically go to that section.

The support is fantastic. The best part is that they offer software and website packages that are very affordable.

My overall experience with EZ Home Inspection Software has been excellent. The software is very user friendly and their customer service is excellent as well.

The pre-populated drop down lists are full of typos and irritate me. For example, there many entries for "CO2 detector" which is clearly the improper term.

Great easy to use and,easy to read and understand program. Clients love the program with easy to read details and great pictures.

I like the cost of the product the most. I think it is good value for the money and is customizable.

It is a quick and effective solution for generating on the fly reports, suitable for presentation, and emailing.

This is by far the best It's pretty easy to use and it's versatile. It's your basic web page software with built in modules that you can customize and edit content.

When the report is generated the layout looks very unprofessional with random hard returns after comments throughout the entire report.

I like how it is easily customizable for our industry. I thought the price was reasonable and fair.
