Lack of engagement on their end with issues, they never respond to emails, you get a new customer service rep every 3 months but they never tell you.   When I contacted them right before our contract renewal they told me that they refused to let me out of my contract due to the fact I didn't provide 90 day notice.

You call in and wait for up to an hour and then they tell you a specialist will call you and this typically happens when you are with a client and not in front of a computer.  

I see the biggest success with agents who treat the platform like a business system rather than just a website or CRM. And as a new real estate agent myself in Washington, I’m especially grateful to be able to start my business journey with a system like this.

Wish there was a way to add more statuses to organize clients, there may be but i have not used boldtrail to its full capability.

There are too many options to deal with incompetent people when managing your business.

We even experienced a major security failure where authentication codes were sent to the wrong users, preventing agents from accessing their own accounts.

They do not schedule set times to discuss with a live person your needs and help you.

From a marketing and technology training perspective, I also appreciate that it gives agents a strong foundation to build on.

The "training" materials are dated, with many of the videos not even matching the current layout (their FB site has one from 2019 pinned as the "101 Video).

However, there are occasional challenges with feature compatibility in the Canadian market and support responsiveness. Despite these drawbacks, it remains essential for scaling and automating my real estate business.

Their website is one of the worst and if you want it to be any better you have to pay them even more money.

I would caution spending any money with them without an iron clad agreement… even then you might have to fight to have them do what they say they will do.

This is ludicrous and I’m in the process of having my bank review and get my money back.  

Provides good e-learning education on how to use the CRM

The reality is that the tools are already there for most REMAX agents.

Simple stuff like email setups, campaigns not triggering or IDX not working appropriately.

It think they hired subpar people or just trying to create a one stop shop and ended up with just a big fail.

I want to share my experience with Inside Real Estate/KvCore. When my KvCore website went live, my emails were unexpectedly forwarded to the KvCore software without prior notice.

You keep getting passed from one customer service person to the next and get nowhere.

They just want you to pay for their services and did not follow through with their service.  

This product is excellent for lead generation and organization.

I am still on the fence about allowing it to automatically send my clients emails, so I have not yet integrated that into my strategies.

Design center doesn't always download designs to your computer, making it difficult to print inhouse on short notice.

at first it was great but as time went on the issue got worse and i could not find anyone to help me.
