The presentation to the client, the viewability, the flow, the integrations with third party service, synchronization from the mobile app, it is as close to flawless as a program can come.  

I really like Spectora for the scheduling, report writing and marketing to help me grow my Inspection business.

The AI support feature, Fin, answers 99% of my questions, or helps me learn the software better.  

I've used 4 inspection software apps in the field, and I've evaluated 2 more, and nothing comes close to Spectora.

The backend has great automation and integrated features, like Stripe for accepting credit card payments while also offering alternative methods of payment.

Clients can schedule their own inspection on my website using spectoras widget, I can take payments, have agreements signed, upsell ancillary services, send followup emails/texts, ask for reviews.  

Turns out, Spectora requires me to upgrade to their custom phone line service at $20 a month just to make simple text adjustments – more expensive than what I pay per line with my cell provider!

The customization options allow me to tailor each report to specific needs, ensuring I can deliver exactly what is required.

I tried other software programs and they were too slow and the reports didn't look nearly as nice, and they didn't handle payments or automated emailing or scheduling.

Sometimes Spector goes down which can be frustrating however it usually doesn't last long and they keep you informed of what the issues are.

There are still glitches in the ipad mobile app; however, the pro's far out way the issues.

At times there is a small delay when choosing the photos from the gallery.  

Customizable, Easy to Learn, Easy to Understand, Affordable, Great value for the money, automation, excellent synchronization between desktop and mobile app, easy to use in the field, magnificent presentation to client.  

The reports are clean, professional, and easy for clients and agents to understand while still aligning with InterNACHI  Standards of Practice.

When I started using Spectora almost 5 years ago the customer service and communication were second to none.   As the company has grown I feel less valued and that the focus of Spectora has been on growing the company (likely to sell) rather than taking care of and providing the best product/service for inspectors.  

As I delve into commercial inspections to navigate the slow real estate market, I attempted to make some edits to my automations only to hit a roadblock.

Not a huge deal, just have to wait for the screen to "blink" then select the photos.  

A few weeks ago when the software had a bug I had a response from the online team within minutes and a solution within the hour.

Constantly making upgrades and are always available for questions you may have. And there are actual persons involved not just Bots

Inspectors can efficiently input data, take photos, and annotate findings without feeling bogged down by complicated software.

However, you get what you pay for and I really like the software for my Inspection business.

Photo editing and the ability to easily navigate the financials of what payments are unpaid by clients vs what payments are paid or even processing.

The Mobile app Camera is slow and doesn't take quality pictures, so I have to take the pictures with my regular phone camera then flip my photo gallery to match the pictures to the defect. And if I need to zoom in on a picture after taking it, I have to do it on my phone then go back into the app.

The fact that it has the Texas template on the app is a big plus for me
