A lot of the support will provide steps to fix a problem without really understanding what the function does or why it has to be done - troublesome when you get into fixes that require several screens and complex process.

I have not interacted with their customer support much, but it was very difficult to find and not very helpful.

System is complex and requires some time to learn especially if you are not familiar with yardi.

It has some weird workflows in older versions but you get used to it.

The design and function of the system is a little out dated.

I am usually able to find the answer if I don't know where to look for something or a process.

I don't find it very intuitive, but this may be due to the complexity of information it can provide.

Yardi Voyager can sometime be non-user friendly just with how much you can do on the platform.

It can be very complex to use, requiring very detailed manuals.

Overall experience is good, I do like their upgrades, and there IT communicates very clearly when needing help.

I have used other property management platforms and this is one of my least favorites.
