AFS ERP is an enterprise resource planning solution designed to help businesses within the food service, specialty distribution and processing, produce, and wholesale grocery industries manage and streamline processes for inventory, food safety regulation, and collaboration with suppliers.
Key features of AFS ERP include finance and accounting, purchasing, deal and rebate tracking, receiving, order processing, pricing, and inventory management. It comes with a built-in general ledger module, which allows users to manage audit trails in real-time to identify original transactions across supply chains. Enterprises can use separate dashboards for buyers and vendors to gain actionable information on operations. Plus, it provides a standard, as well as ad-hoc, reporting module along with sorting and grouping functionalities to streamline processes as they proceed through pipelines.
AFS ERP facilitates integration with several in-house solutions such as AFS Data Exchange and EDI. It further integrates with AFS G2, a data analytics application, for businesses to gain insight into sales, inventory, customers, products, performance, vendors and more. The platform can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.
