Amazing customer service, great features and constant improvements making the software better.

AutoRepair Cloud is n awesome application with lot of useful features. I'm a mobile auto mechanic and luckily I found this  software to manage my repair orders.

Customer Support Chat sometimes gives reply with a delay. Also application sometimes returns some non-critical, but strange errors.

I like the detailed list of customers and their vehicles, the ability to automatically add vehicle data by search with License plate. Inventory and Part Order features look usefull too.

I recommend using this application for auto repair shops. It seems as fine as possible.

Sometimes the application freezes and sometimes there is a problem with receiving SMS by my clients.

Wide range of different small, but very useful features, like sync with Google, integration with Salesforce, etc.

Regarding wire diagrams - though they are more voluminous than other products, they lack interactive features for Honda vehicles.

Intuitive User Interface is very good. It gives much more options for integrations then other products.

I like that for a small price I get a wide list of useful features.

We already paid a lot of this program up front only to be charged again and again because they can't make their anti-piracy key work with every Windows update.

It is easy to figure out and the customer service is great at training or just answering questions. The marketing features have been a money saver on advertising.

This will be the last time Autoshop harms my business by putting a sudden mid-job stop to customer service.

The system is easy to use and integrates well with Quickbooks & WorldPac's speed dial. We use most of all of the features that are available.

I appreciate integration into Quickbooks for easy AR. It also has multi-tiered pricing so you don't have to worry about your staff trying to figure out 10% discounts for preferred clients.
