CRBMS or Car Rental Broker Management System is a web-based car rental system designed for rental car brokers. The car reservation tools allow customers to check and manage reservations themselves.
CRBMS gives brokers the ability to market critical business ideas by using yield management and online reporting tools, along with automation. Flexible prices allow brokers to set appropriate price points based on the market in order to stand out among competitors.
Brokers can easily manage revenue using forecasts based on high demand/low demand periods. This information allows users to offer attractive discounts during low demand periods, marginally raise prices during peak season, and charge a premium for late reservations. CRBMS can run on any Linux/MySQL platform and is PHP-programmed to allow for quick and flexible changes whenever required. Other features include payment report generation, multi-lingual support, online payments, CSV exporting, and XML server connections with suppliers.

• With the option of adding as many languages as needed, brokers can mix and cross-reference markets and languages to expand reach and exposure.
• CRBMS allows clients to create personal login IDs using the voucher number received after the first booking is made.
• Supplier invoices can be organized through the payments reporting tool. With this tool, brokers can check invoices with the data in the system to keep track of the bookings versus amounts paid by customers.
• Different merchant interfaces are provided for credit and debit card payments made online. Payments are automatically processed, eliminating any need for human intervention.
