I bought this system when [sensitive content hidden] was still writing the software for this, it has changed [sensitive content hidden] and now the really only problem I have is when I need support it is far from Quick they need to have better support team or if you advertise 24-7 support you better deliverwhen you have issues it cost you money when they do not answer the phoner.

modifiers not working, mismatch error (2 systems they couldn't keep in communication, inability to work with merchant services to fix tech issues or my PCI issues (I got charged $20 extra a month and risked fraud for 9 months because they don't work together), support staff at night that don't know anything useful about the system....

I'm shopping for a system now and I am looking at Rezku, Touch Bistro, Lightspeed to name a few. But reviewing my memory of Pointos made me want to warn you all.

Inventory is supposed to track ounces of liquor sold and remaining supply.

Freezes all the time ,  Need to restarted multiple time a day and the list goes for ever

According to the system I have done 0 days worth of business..EVERY SHRED OF BUSINESS THAT WAS IN YOUR SYSTEM CEASED TO EXIST IN THE FIRST OF JANUARY.  

Start by saying their proprietary screen doesn't have a power button (How do you forget a power )

I had a issue at first where I had to verify my bank information for like 2 weeks before it would let me transfer the money I made, it is fixed now, but it was annoying at first.

I can take it on the go and track my inventory and also accept different payments.

But there’s not so many options to organize the inventory or change settings for discounts and taxes, so sometimes we need to find workarounds or do it manually after the day.

The price for the receipt printer could be lower though.

The card reader connects fast and the app just works, I don’t have to think too much about it during busy moments.

We also like the easy to use overview of inventory and products, so you can easily keep track of sales and stock.

One I found out that they have a pos and card reader, I was set.

Their workaround is that I should log into Paypal manually every time a patient uses an HSA account and enter it into their online site.   Since we use Zettle for inventory management including the inventory of controlled substances like testosterone pellets and RX injectables which is required by the DEA, that would NEVER work.

With Paypal, you can pay on many websites, send and receive money almost anywhere in the world, create invoices and also link your visa card to facilitate transactions.

Its user-friendly interface and seamless integration with PayPal's broader ecosystem make it a popular choice, enabling businesses to accept payments easily and manage transactions efficiently.

We already had a PayPal account, so was great to have a product that we could link with it.

They lock down my account regularly due to the clinic accepting Health Savings Account Cards (as do all doctors) which usually only have magnetic strips, not chips.

I use PayPal Zettle for my bills, payment of devices and also receive payment from my customers through my business.

I've sent several emails (to which I've gotten the auto-responder saying they've been received and assuring me I'll have a response within a couple of days) to which no one has yet responded, and I've managed to get through to someone on the phone one time who ASSURED me that he would get to the bottom of it and have me a response emailed out within a few hours, and, surprise, I never heard back.
