Fonts can be extracted and saved to specified file locations. A page filter feature provides granular control over page selection, including odd, even, or custom page ranges. The preview function displays file properties before extraction. A skip previously processed data option identifies and bypasses files that have already been processed to prevent duplication.
Batch processing capabilities support single file, multiple file, or entire folder selections and operate without file size limitations. The password pooling feature facilitates the handling of password-protected PDF documents by importing password lists via comma separated value files. Extracted hyperlinks are captured and exported in document and text formats. Bookmark and metadata information can be retrieved and saved across various file types for further analysis or archiving.
The application functions as a standalone solution without reliance on third-party software or external application programming interfaces. Compatibility extends to contemporary and legacy Windows operating systems including server editions. System requirements include an Intel Core i five processor or higher with a clock speed at or above three point zero gigahertz, a minimum of eight gigabytes of random access memory with sixteen gigabytes recommended for large file processing, and at least five hundred megabytes of hard disk space for installation with additional storage based on data volume. The trial version limits extraction to the first page of each PDF document for evaluation purposes.
