DMARCTrust overview
What is DMARCTrust?
DMARCTrust is an email authentication monitoring platform designed to track DMARC compliance and protect domain reputation for organizations that send bulk email communications. The software provides continuous surveillance of email authentication protocols and automated processing of aggregate reports. It also issues real-time alerts for DNS record modifications. The platform serves businesses, managed service providers, agencies, and other organizations that need to maintain email deliverability standards and meet bulk sender requirements established by major email providers including Gmail, Microsoft, and Yahoo.
The platform delivers comprehensive visibility into email authentication through dedicated reporting architecture that includes an RUA mailbox address. The address collects authentication data from more than ninety email providers daily. The system identifies and catalogs every service, Internet protocol address, and email provider sending messages on behalf of the monitored domain and presents this information with labels that distinguish legitimate sources from potential threats. Tracking of authentication health displays Sender Policy Framework and DomainKeys Identified Mail pass rates with daily trend analysis and enables detection of failures before they impact deliverability.
Monitoring of DMARC, sender policy framework, and brand indicators for message identification DNS records occurs at five-minute intervals and generates alerts for unauthorized modifications, accidental deletions, or misconfigurations. Beyond outbound authentication, inbound email security is addressed by deploying and hosting transport encryption policies that prevent interception of messages in transit. A report decoder processes complex XML aggregate reports into actionable insights. Configuration tools include a DMARC record generator, Sender Policy Framework record generator, Brand Indicators for Message Identification TXT generator, and Brand Indicators for Message Identification SVG converter.
Data hosting options are available in United States or European locations with two-factor authentication protection for account access. A free domain checker tool performs instant analysis of DMARC, Sender Policy Framework, and Brand Indicators for Message Identification configurations without requiring registration and generates shareable URLs for assessment results. The service supports multilingual interfaces in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Polish, and two variants of Portuguese. Implementation follows a three-step process in which a domain is added to receive reporting addresses and DNS records, authentication data flows automatically into a centralized dashboard, and sources, pass rates, failures, and DNS changes are displayed.
