It does a great job of prompting correctly for the user name and password, unless you have multiple ones for the site, then it allows you to select which one you want to have it fill in.

When creating a new password it doesn't prompt for what folder you want to save it under, so you have to go into the vault to move it to the folder you want it saved too.

The sales team are really lovely and not pushy and happy to make sure you have the right product for you, not constantly trying to upsell.
