Version 4.5 seemed to be more susceptible to this than 4.8. Could be frustrating users when this happens.

Authentication with RADIUS makes it easy to integrate it with active directory. If you already have an ASA on your network border it is easy to setup and use.

The VPN is a really small program, not intensive on the computer and runs fairly seamlessly in the background. The VPN connection is pretty stable too, the customer service is decent too.

It may cost more but it is a very strong tool and very useful.

A similar issue has been the overall lack of options in the user interface. It appears to be a "one-shot" software that either works in its pre-configured way or doesn't work at all.

It's also strange I can't fully quit the software -- it can only be "disabled" and asks you to type in a reason for wanting to disable.
