The VPN is a really small program, not intensive on the computer and runs fairly seamlessly in the background. The VPN connection is pretty stable too, the customer service is decent too.

It may cost more but it is a very strong tool and very useful.

The closest server is quite far from me, there's no option to choose a server location so it sometimes ends with a slow internet connection, which is not always ideal.

So far, I have not had any cons other than a bit of a learning curve with the windows client. I have found that you get dns errors when attempting to connect unless you run the client as admin.

Contacting customer support is also easy in the rare times that there are issues.
