The ability to run reports and have clear visibility into operations is a big advantage, and the integrations really enhance the overall functionality of the system.

Also the learning center are really helpful to find more instructions step by step with videos and simple guidance.

What I like most is how everything is connected throughout the entire lifecycle of a load.

Overall, it’s been a solid tool for running and growing operations efficiently.

Two examples, when uploaded a BOL within a load, you have to select the customer or it won't send with the Invoice.   

Is really easy to to figure things out in your own if you dedicate a a full day to get to know the system.

Personally it was just a learning curve for the overall Brokerage business and how best to set up accounts and transactions to sync in QB.

Other would be the customer email addresses show up when sending a carrier confirmation.

The only this for me is having to go into different pages to close an invoice  and not being able to reprint a group of invoices at once.

This team & product is great. As I mentioned, I shopped for several weeks before deciding on Ascend, and I have zero regrets.

Maybe the lay-ought can be easier to use .
