One more thing, we can send invoices to customers but in the email that PCS sent, there's no receiver email address stated. When we forward the invoice email that we sent out from PCS to the customer to prove that we sent it out, they always say they didn't receive it, pointing out there's no receiver email address on it.

I am able to track all of my dispatches and create invoices as long as the data put in is accurate, it gives good history of tracking.

Also, images sent by drivers should also have an option to be sent over to a different section of images for non-load pictures, like repairs or scales if a company chooses to exclude them from specific loads for expense recordings.

Also, if we want to make an adjustment for an invoice, we should remove all the paid items to do that, but as I said, we need to select each one to remove from "Pay off".

It requires so many steps and so many clicks. If you find that a rate needs to be updated or miles need to change, you have to click into every single load. If you need to update an invoice that you create it is difficult to remove or impossible to add items.

A report that shows total earnings for any time period wanted for drivers which shows both loads pay, and receipts pay in one report.

The app takes over on the bounce miles and our reports are always wrong. If there could be a an option where they do not pull their current location from the app and use the location of the dispatch so we could run accurate reports because we have to do it manually.

I wish it would create 1 transaction in the ledger when doing direct deposit payroll apposed to each individual transaction like it is done as being paid by check.

The assumption of times with orders that have multiple days to pickup, throws mileage off, example order can pickup from 4/18 to 4/20 seems to confuse the system into excessive dead head miles.

Old finished payroll batches should have a feature to lock them from certain personal, instead of only completely allowed or not allowed to make changes to payrolls regardless of it being new or old for collusive fraud protection.

The automation in dispatching orders is great in theory, but can and will skip dispatches, when dispatching out multiple orders for multiple days.
