What is DockMaster?
DockMaster by IntelliTrans is a cloud-based dock scheduling system that provides real-time visibility & carrier self-scheduling to manage dock appointments and eliminate detention. The platform supports interactive and automatic scheduling, and offers advance shipping notifications, performance reporting, and more.
With DockMaster, shippers and carriers can improve communication, reduce errors, optimize labor planning, and measure performance. Shippers can use DockMaster to schedule deliveries or pickups by selected carriers, routing vehicles to pre-assigned loading or unloading doors. Carriers can also schedule their own dock appointments through DockMaster without needing to make any phone calls.
Outbound and subsequent inbound scheduling can be used to provide advance shipping notifications and proofs of delivery throughout the supply chain. DockMaster is also integrated into IntelliTrans TMS, allowing users to manage all of their rail, truck, intermodal, ocean, and barge shipments in a single platform.
